Contact

Our postal address and email. There is deliberately no contact form on this site.

Last updated: 6 October 2026

Why there is no form here

A contact form would collect and store your data on our server, which would break the promise made in our privacy policy that this site collects nothing. Email keeps the data with you and your provider until you choose to send it. The trade-off is one extra click for you, and we think it is worth it.

Email

info@veratis.online

One address, read by Linda Jones. Use it for anything: a correction, a question about an article, a press enquiry, a data protection request, or a security report about this website. We aim to acknowledge within five working days.

If you are reporting a factual error

Please include the address of the page, the sentence you believe is wrong, and a source if you have one. Our corrections procedure sets out what happens next and how quickly. Correction requests from vendors are handled on exactly the same terms as those from readers.

If you are exercising a GDPR right

Write to the same address. Section 7 of the privacy policy explains what we can and cannot do — in short, we hold almost nothing about you, which both helps and limits what an access request can return.

Postal address

The registered office of the publisher. Post is read, but email is very much faster.

What we cannot help with

We are a publisher, not a retailer and not a software vendor. We cannot:

  • Look up, change or cancel a subscription you bought from a vendor.
  • Issue a refund, or recover a licence key.
  • Provide technical support for any security product.
  • Remove malware from your device or advise on an incident in progress.

For any of those, contact the company you bought from. If your device is actively compromised, disconnect it from the network first and seek help from a qualified professional or your national cyber-security authority; the EU list is maintained by ENISA.

No marketing, please

We do not accept sponsored posts, paid guest articles, link insertions or paid placement of any kind, and we do not publish press releases. See the editorial policy for what we do and do not take money for. Unsolicited offers of this kind are deleted unread.
